My Favourite Eyelash Tinting & Growth Serum

I’m naturally a blonde, so that means one thing for my eyelashes – they are pretty much non existent!

Lately it has been really bugging me, and so it was added to my list of ‘level up’ tasks to complete. Finding a way to grow and tint my eyelashes so that they looked naturally dark and more voluminous.

I have to say I had heard of many different serums to grow your eye lashes – all promising wondrous miraculous. But one day I found myself at my local Priceline beauty store looking at the ‘Freeze Frame’ line.

There was a special offer on, so I splurged and thought, why not. After all this promised to tackle two issues in one product.

I used it sporadically a few months ago, but could not commit. This was before my ‘level up’ journey began and I was mentally still dealing with a few things. Even putting on basic mascara was a mental challenge I didn’t see the point too.

So about 3 weeks ago I started putting on my Freeze Frame tinting and growth serum mascara, like clock work, every morning, as part of my beauty routine. I used it as a mascara base and thought that at worse, I had a nice brown mascara I could wear casually to brunch for a natural beauty look.

I have to say that the mixture is very inky, so you don’t need to put a lot on in the same way you would a mascara. It also is very easily smudged on to the skin before it dries, so make sure you put it on after you have put on your moisturiser and primer so you can easily wipe it away or cover it up with foundation should you accidentally blink to hard.

It has been about 3 weeks now and I can honestly say I have noticed a difference in my eye lashes. They are DEFINITELY tinted and I’m not sure if it’s because they are darker that I can see where they finish more easily, or if they have actually grown, but my eye lashes look longer.

I will definitely be keeping this as part of my regular beauty routine now and I will be calling this beauty product a definite beauty investment for those ladies on the level up.
