It’s the 31st of July and I am setting myself a task.
I want to seriously lose some weight and change my lifestyle and appearance. Essentially, I want to dedicate the next 6 months to seriously giving myself a jaw dropping 180 degree makeover – and it’s gonna start with my weight.
So I am starting by setting myself a 30 day challenge of finally trying the Keto diet. I have been toying with it for a few months and have heard about it for years, but I have always thought it was just some weird bacon and butter diet. After some more research, I realise that it’s a bit more complicated than that, and I don’t have reduce myself to living off a life of preservatives and grease. It is fat and protein heavy though, so I am interested to see if I really will lose weight and how it will affect how I will feel.
I will be posting some of my own recipes and reviewing different Keto resources that I find.
