This is my first ever Keto recipe. Not only did I make it myself but it was my first Keto recipe I have ever tried.
And it was DELICIOUS. I was craving like craaazy and needed something that was a little sweet.
So here is the recipe.
Ingredients;
Base:
Almond meal– ½ cup
Banana – mashed – 1
Coconut Sugar – 1 tsp
Milk – 2 tbsp
Egg – Beaten
Chocolate Sauce:
Butter – 1 tbsp
Coconut Sugar – 2 tsp
Coco Powder – 1.5 tbsp
Milk – 1 tbsp or 2 if you want the sauce more runny
Method:
Take all ingredients for the base and beat together until blended in a small bowl. You can do this by hand. Then cook in a fry pan with butter or oil. Try and use the best quality you can get.
For the sauce, simply place all ingredients in a small bowl, and microwave in small 5-10 second increments until it all starts to melt together. Once the ingredients have all melted together, you can heat in 10 second increments beating in between until smooth. This should not take a minute.
